Qualifications & Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Previous experience providing ABA services in school, clinical, or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong understanding of behavioral assessment techniques and intervention plans
- Outstanding analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, multidisciplinary teams, and families
- Commitment to promoting inclusive practices that support diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and interpret data to inform decisions
- Develop and oversee implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide training, guidance, and support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and classroom staff
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed to maximize success
- Collaborate with school teams to foster positive behavioral supports and safe learning environments
- Maintain documentation and compliance with applicable guidelines and standards
