Step into a vital role supporting students from pre-K through 12th grade as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a contract position near Bunker Hill, WV. In this onsite role, you'll work 37.5 hours each week, collaborating across assigned schools to enhance student engagement and contribute to successful behavioral interventions. Your expertise will ensure quality functional behavior assessments (FBAs), behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and direct observationsincluding leadership in overseeing a BCBA candidate.

Qualifications Sought:

• Active BCBA National Certification required
• Previous experience in conducting FBAs/BIPs and providing behavior analytic services in school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and effectively engage with students of varying ages

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct FBAs and develop/implement individualized BIPs across multiple schools serving pre-K12 students
• Observe students and analyze behavioral data to guide intervention planning
• Participate in and provide insights during team meetings and parent conferences
• Provide mentorship and supervision for a BCBA candidate, ensuring professional growth and adherence to best practices
