Qualifications:

• Active and valid MA BCBA credential required
• Experience working within school settings and supporting K-12 student populations preferred
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and best practices

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement and monitor interventions
• Train and support school staff in applied behavior analysis methods
