Qualifications:
- Active and valid MA BCBA credential required
- Experience working within school settings and supporting K-12 student populations preferred
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for fostering student growth and creating inclusive learning environments
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement and monitor interventions
- Train and support school staff in applied behavior analysis methods
- Track student progress and adjust strategies as needed to promote optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all ethical and legal guidelines
