Job Description

An opportunity is available for a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to take on a contract position in a K-12 educational setting located in Bristol, CT. This role focuses on supporting students' behavioral needs through applied behavior analysis, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA license
  • Experience working with K-12 students

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans.

  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Lead training sessions for staff on behavioral techniques and practices.
