Job Description
A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available serving elementary students in grades K-5. This position is a contract role for the current school year and is located in Marlborough, MA. The caseload primarily involves working with elementary-aged children in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for elementary students
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student needs
- Provide ongoing training and consultation to educational teams
- Ensure compliance with BCBA standards and school policies
Qualifications:
- Must hold a current BCBA license
- Experience working with children in an elementary school setting preferred
- Strong assessment, data collection, and behavior intervention skills
- Ability to manage multiple students caseloads effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Location:
- Marlborough, MA
Schedule:
- Full time, Monday through Friday during the school day
