Job Description

This part-time BCBA opportunity serves an itinerant K-12 caseload in the Boston, MA area. Knowledgeable professionals are needed to provide direct behavioral support and consultation within a school setting under a contract through the current school year.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
  • Experience managing a K-12 school caseload
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills for collaborating with school staff and families
  • Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Itinerant service delivery experience preferred

Location:

  • Marlborough, MA (serving the greater Boston metropolitan area)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based intervention plans
  • Provide direct one-on-one and small group support to students with behavioral needs
  • Collaborate with educators, school personnel, and families to monitor progress and adjust plans
  • Maintain detailed documentation and data collection in compliance with guidelines
  • Deliver training and guidance to staff on behavior strategies and best practices
