Job Description
This part-time BCBA opportunity serves an itinerant K-12 caseload in the Boston, MA area. Knowledgeable professionals are needed to provide direct behavioral support and consultation within a school setting under a contract through the current school year.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
- Experience managing a K-12 school caseload
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills for collaborating with school staff and families
- Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Itinerant service delivery experience preferred
Location:
- Marlborough, MA (serving the greater Boston metropolitan area)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based intervention plans
- Provide direct one-on-one and small group support to students with behavioral needs
- Collaborate with educators, school personnel, and families to monitor progress and adjust plans
- Maintain detailed documentation and data collection in compliance with guidelines
- Deliver training and guidance to staff on behavior strategies and best practices
