Key Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee behavioral interventions and support plans tailored for students in the Autism and Early Years Program
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized strategies to address student needs
  • Train and guide school staff in implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention plans, making adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate closely with educators, support personnel, and families to foster a cohesive support network
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings related to student progress and program enhancements

This contract position runs from August 24, 2026, through June 16, 2027, and is full-time, Monday through Friday, totaling 37.5 hours each week. All work is to be performed on-site, creating meaningful connections and driving positive outcomes in a rich educational setting.
