Step into an impactful opportunity supporting students through the Autism and Early Years Program as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This on-site contract position is ideal for those passionate about fostering growth and positive change for students with moderate to severe cognitive abilities. Key Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- School-based experience preferred
- Proven background supporting students with significant behavioral or cognitive needs
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to contribute to and uphold a supportive, inclusive educational atmosphere
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee behavioral interventions and support plans tailored for students in the Autism and Early Years Program
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized strategies to address student needs
- Train and guide school staff in implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention plans, making adjustments as needed
- Collaborate closely with educators, support personnel, and families to foster a cohesive support network
- Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings related to student progress and program enhancements
This contract position runs from August 24, 2026, through June 16, 2027, and is full-time, Monday through Friday, totaling 37.5 hours each week. All work is to be performed on-site, creating meaningful connections and driving positive outcomes in a rich educational setting.
