Qualifications and Skills:
- Current BCBA certification required
- Active IDFPR credential (no PEL needed)
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for assigned caseload
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform ongoing strategies
- Provide guidance, training, and support to educational staff and families
- Monitor and adjust behavioral interventions for optimal student growth
