Job Description

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Demonstrated experience working with school-aged children, ideally within educational environments
  • Proficiency in creating, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Knowledge of current best practices in ABA and compliance with relevant regulations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess student behavior and develop individualized programs
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior intervention strategies
  • Train and support school staff in ABA principles and data collection
  • Monitor progress and adapt interventions for optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with educators and other specialists to integrate behavioral supports into the learning environment
