A dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed to support K-12 students in a dynamic school setting in Woodbury, MN. Location:
- Woodbury, Minnesota
Position Details:
- Contract role for the current school year (CSY)
- 35 hours per week
- Serving K-12 student population
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify student needs
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support positive student outcomes
- Train staff on behavior management strategies and data collection procedures
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and school policies
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
