Job Description

An exceptional opportunity is open for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve a K-12 school population in a scenic region near Stanislaus National Forest and Yosemite National Park. This full-time contract position is based in Angels Camp, CA, with service locations throughout the local school district. The role commences ASAP and continues through June 11, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students across K-12.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to implement and monitor effective strategies that promote positive student outcomes.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to modify and refine behavior plans as needed.
  • Provide training and guidance to school staff within the district to ensure consistency in behavioral support.
  • Participate in remote panel interviews and follow district onboarding procedures, including any necessary background clearances.

Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification required.
  • Experience working with diverse K-12 student populations and various educational settings.
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analytic principles and school-based intervention practices.
  • Ability to work independently within a multi-school district environment.
