Job Description

A dynamic opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized support in an elementary school setting. This contract position is designed for a dedicated professional eager to work with third-grade students and contribute to their behavioral and educational development.

Location: Anaheim, CA
Setting: Elementary School
Duration: Contract Current School Year (CSY)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week
Age Group: 3rd grade students

Qualifications:

  • National Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
  • Experience working effectively with elementary-aged children, preferably in school environments

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Implement ABA strategies to support students social, emotional, and academic growth
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to optimize student outcomes
  • Track and document student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
  • Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavioral techniques
