Job Description

An opportunity is available for a skilled audiologist to provide essential services in an educational setting. This part-time position is based in Olympia, WA, within a high school environment, serving students with diverse audiological needs from August 2025 to June 2026.

Qualifications:

  • Valid WA State Department of Health Audiology License
  • WA State SLP/Audiology ESA certification
  • Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with children
  • Strong ability to conduct evaluations and develop IEPs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Location:
Olympia, WA

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive audiology services to students, ensuring their communication needs are met
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' audiological requirements
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educational staff
  • Manage case documentation and participate in meetings as part of the support team
  • Oversee equipment management relevant to audiological services
  • Travel between schools as needed, with compensation for travel time
