Job Description

A skilled professional is sought to serve as an ABA Therapist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an elementary school environment. This contract position focuses on delivering specialized support during the Extended School Year (ESY) program, providing a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on students' developmental progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum tailored to individual needs.
  • Provide differentiated instruction to support diverse learning styles.
  • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment conducive to growth.
  • Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to encourage positive behaviors and educational development.

Qualifications:

  • Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or licensure as an ABA Therapist.
  • Experience working in educational settings, preferably with elementary-aged children.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies.
  • Ability to develop individualized learning plans and implement therapeutic interventions effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
