Job Description

Sunbelt is ready to hire a licensed School Social Worker for a school-based position in the Auburn Hills, MI area. This position is Full-time and contracted for the 22-23 school year.

The School Social Worker will be working with a caseload of K-8th grade and will be providing services that may include:

Provide 1:1/ small group activities to make children feel engaged and comfortable
Arrange IEP meetings with parents
Provide resources for families of students, including homeless population
Working on caseload management and other assigned tasks as necessary

Day to Day:

Full-Time, 35 hours a week 8:00am-3:00pm M-F
On site 1 school; 2 buildings
Mild-moderate caseload
ASAP- 06/16/23

Requirements:

Active Michigan Social Worker License with 310 Approval Letter
Master’s Degree in Social Work
Previous school-based Social Work experience preferred
