Job Description

Sunbelt is searching to fill a qualified School Social Worker for a school-based position in a local district near the Milton, ME area. This position would be Full-time for the remainder of the 22-23 school year.

The School Social Worker will be working with a caseload of various disabilities and will be providing services that may include:

Mainly preventative interventions to support children’s social emotional needs.
Special Education
Required to provide social work counseling services and complete all components of evaluations for students needing IEPs

Day to Day:

Full-Time, 32.5 hours a week
On site in three schools across district
Mild-severe caseload
ASAP- End of School Year

Requirements:

Master’s in social work from an accredited college
School-based experience is preferred but not required
