School SLP Contract Job Opening - Mansfield, Texas

Mansfield, Texas: Sunbelt Staffing is collaborating with one of our fantastic schools in the Mansfield area in Texas to hire a Speech Language Pathologist. This job opening will go through the first semester of the school year, with the high likelihood of extension based on performance and the needs of the school. Full-time hours for this contract job opening are approximately 37.5 hours per week, with the school day running from 8am - 4pm.

Caseload Information:

  • 1-2 school buildings
  • Grades PreK-12th
  • Mild to moderate

Job Duties:

  • Conduct evaluations to determine eligibility for services
  • Collaborate in IEP meetings
  • Writing and monitoring goals for therapy
  • Supervise an SLP Assistant
  • Report out to parents

Requirements for this job opening:

  • Active SLP license in the state of Texas
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
  • Must be able to provide supervision of SLP Assistants
  • Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
