School Psychologist Job- Hiring Now!-Near Fox River Grove IL
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our educational institution. As a School Psychologist, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic, emotional, and behavioral well-being of our students.
Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and social functioning.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies for students with special needs.
Provide counseling services to students dealing with personal, social, and academic challenges, offering guidance and support.
Identify and address learning and behavioral difficulties in students, offering appropriate interventions and recommendations.
Conduct research and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of educational programs and interventions.
Serve as a resource to teachers and staff, providing guidance on effective instructional strategies and classroom management techniques.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress, make recommendations, and coordinate services.
Assist in crisis intervention and response, offering support during challenging situations.

Job Qualifications:

Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
PEL certification.
State certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (if applicable)
Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools, theories, and interventions.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
