School Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) job near Cloverleaf, TX

Sunbelt is working with a school district near Cloverleaf, TX and we are searching for a Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for the 22-23 school year. 

Job Responsibilities:

• The OTA will help patients improve, regain, and develop the skills needed for day to day life and work to students in K-Highschool
• The OTA will provide training and education to family members and other professionals
• The OTA will provide IEP's for each student to reach their goals
• This is a full time (thirty seven hours a week) contract based position for the upcoming school year
• The OTA will work at a school for the students with various disabilities

Job Requirements:

• The OTA must have prior school or pediatric experience
• The OTA must have their Texas Occupational Therapist Assistant License
• Previous AAC experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of contract positions (preferred)
