School Nursing LPN job - Full Time

A school district in the Vernon Hills IL area is looking to hire a 1:1 Nurse for a 2 day/week job opening. This job is open to both LPN and RN applicants, will have a schedule of Thursday and Fridays, and will be working with a middle school female who requires G-tube monitoring. The ideal applicant will have experience with G-tube, vitals, cardiac monitoring and be able to work consistently on Thursdays and Fridays.

Details:

• Middle School age 1:1 caseload
• Thursday and Friday (school hours)
• Student must be monitored at all times for cardiac/breathing issues.
• Ride along with School bus each day is required.

Required:

• Ride along with student transportation
• IL LPN or RN license
