Job Description

We are seeking a part time school nurse located in Rockford, IL. area. To work part time for the summertime and full time for next school year if it is a good fit. Your primary responsibilities will include 1-1 work with a student that has G tube and hyperinsulinemia with glucose monitor.
Job details:

First week Tues-Fri and last 4 weeks in summer program Mon-Thurs 7:45 am start – 12:15 pm end.
Summer dates 6/20-7/27. Next school year dates will be worked out.
Caseload: Gtube with regular feedings, glucose monitor, oral suctioning PRN

Qualifications:

Valid nurse license and CPR certification
2 year nursing experience.
