Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is currently working with a school districts that is actively looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Los Angeles county for the remainder of the 23/24 school year and full-time for the 24/25 school year. Opening: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Los Angeles, CA 

Job Details:

  • Full-time; 37.5 hours per week 
  • Monday - Friday 
  • Caseload K-6th grade; 3 Elementary schools 
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Provide direct and indirect supervision to behavior technicians and other staff members
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
  • Provide training and support to school staff and families on behavior management techniques and strategies


  • Master’s Degree from an accredited university
  • Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
  • Ability to supervise Behavior Technicians/RBTs
  • Pediatrics experience (preferred)
  • School experience (preferred)
