Join Our Team as a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Scottsdale, Arizona!

Are you passionate about making a difference in young lives? Sunbelt is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team near Scottsdale, AZ for the upcoming school year!

Job Details:

  • School Year: 24/25
  • Caseload: Elementary up to Middle School
  • Schedule: Full Time Role (~40 hrs/week)
  • Responsibilities:
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric patients.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support therapeutic goals.
    • Utilize evidence-based practices and innovative techniques to enhance speech fluency, articulation, language comprehension, and pragmatic skills.
    • Provide direct therapy services to address a wide range of speech and language disorders, including phonological disorders, stuttering, expressive/receptive language delays, and social communication challenges.
    • Educate and empower families and caregivers by providing training and resources to support ongoing communication development outside of therapy sessions.

Job Requirements:

  • Active SLP License in Arizona
  • Master's Degree in Speech and Communication Disorders
  • Previous school-based experience preferred
