Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)

Employment Type: Contracted through Sunbelt Staffing

Location: Near Harvard, IL

Number of Openings: 3 SLP-CCC (open to CFY if supervision provided)

Start Date / End Date: Full School Year - ASAP to June 30th, 2024

Hours per Week: Full-Time, 8:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday (35 hours per week)

Caseload/Workload: Caseload model with approximately 30 students per caseload (small caseloads)

Job Details:

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking School Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) for multiple openings near Harvard, IL, contracted through Sunbelt Staffing. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive district setting with a focus on serving students from Kindergarten to 22 years old who are experiencing Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), functional needs, utilize Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices, and may have some behavioral needs.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
Provide therapy services to students through direct intervention
Collaborate with the district's speech team and other professionals
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to discuss student goals
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
Illinois SLP License
Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome.
