Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a commitment to helping individuals reach their goals through individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Conduct direct therapy sessions with clients, focusing on skill development and behavior modification.
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior changes.
Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust treatment plans based on data and client needs.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure consistent support.
Maintain compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred).
Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate and patient demeanor.
