Job Description

A school district near Plainfield, NJ is now scheduling interviews for an Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join their team for the current school year. This is a full-time position that includes working with a K-12th grade caseload. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for direct and indirect therapy services, IEP meetings, assessments, and evaluations. 

Job Details:

  • Part -Time
  • 24 hours per week
  • School Year: 23/24
  • On-site Position
  • Caseload: K-12th Grade

Job Requirements:

  • NJ Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant licensure
  • NJ DOE 
  • Previous Schools Experience (Preferred) 
  • Previous Pediatric Experience (Preferred) 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect therapy services
  • Conduct Assessments and evaluations
  • Attend IEP meetings
