Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor for a 13-week travel assignment in Clifton Springs, NY. Clifton Springs offers a serene and welcoming environment with easy access to outdoor activities and charming local amenities.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct supervision and leadership to the nursing staff, ensuring adherence to established policies, protocols, and quality standards.
Coordinate and oversee patient care activities, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to ensure optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, promptly addressing any changes or concerns.
Mentor and guide nursing staff, providing ongoing support, education, and feedback.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
Minimum of two years of related experience as an RN, with a strong background in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
Excellent leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards of care.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
