Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - 1:1 Care

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals requiring 1:1 support.
Assess patients' health condition and collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols.
Monitor vital signs, observe patient reactions, and document changes in medical records.
Perform nursing procedures such as wound care, catheterization, and IV administration.
Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.
Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring infection control measures are followed.
Advocate for patients' rights and well-being, addressing any concerns or needs promptly.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in nursing practices and participate in professional development activities.

Qualifications:

Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in CA.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred but not required.
Proven experience as an RN in a clinical setting, preferably in a 1:1 care role.
Ability to ride bus with the student to and from school
Sound knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and best practices.
Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and work schedules.
CPR certification (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers).
