RN Job for Home Health Case Management

We are looking for a RN Job for Home Health Case Management in Asheville, NC. Details about this Registered Nurse (RN)  job opportunity are listed below. 

Shifts:

  • Days
  • 8 hour shifts - EOW first to float
  • 13 week assignment 

Experience:

  • OASIS
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience is required
  • Home Health OR Hospice experience 

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Reliable transportation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Adequately work on an independent level 

Requirements:

  • MUST have experience with Oasis & be able to provide 48 hour turn around.
  • Active North Carolina (NC) Registered Nurse (RN) License 
  • BLS certified 

Other Details:

  • Can handle a case load
  • On-Call is a possibility 
  • Must be willing to travel in and around the area of Asheville, NC
