RN Home Health job in Cordova, TN

A Home Health Registered Nurse is needed in TN for a Job (13 weeks).This position is for Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm and requires travel of 30-60 miles per day and a caseload of 30 patients per week. On Call will be required and will be discussed during interview.

HomeCare HomeBase, Oasis, Outlook experience
Home health experience required
Must have Tennessee (TN) RN license and active AHA BLS
