Job Description

Home Health Nurses needed in Auburn, AL a for 13 week contract jobs. These openings are for 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm) with no on-call.

Requirements:

AL or Compact RN License in good standing
1 or more years of RN experience
- Must have previous home health experience
HomeCare HomeBase EMR experience required
- Will use Oasis, HCHM and Outlook during assignment
Reliable transportation, as this position requires travel to patients' homes and care facilities

Details:

Location in Auburn, AL
Travel around 100 miles or less on average per day
30 patient visits per week
