RN, Case Manager - East Hartford

Sunbelt Staffing is looking to hire RN, Case Managers. This position is a contract position in East Hartford, Connecticut. If you are interested, please see below for details regarding this position. 

Job Details:

• This will be a 13 week contract position.
• The shift will be Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM.
• On call will be up to every other weekend, and potentially 2 nights per week depending on needs. 
• Travel for this position will also vary weekly, depending on patient needs. 

Job Requirements: 

• Hospice experience is not required, but preferred.
• Ability to pass both a background check and a drug screening.
• 6 months - 1+ year of HCHB experience.
• Active RN License.
