Healthcare facilities are seeking skilled and dedicated professionals to fill a critical role supporting patients requiring respiratory therapy. Schedule/Hours:

• 3 shifts per week, 12-hour days (6:00 AM 6:30 PM)
• Every other weekend rotation

Key Qualifications:

• Current Wisconsin Respiratory Care Practitioner license required
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) preferred; Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) also considered
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory
• Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Respiratory Therapist in a clinical setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients as ordered by referring physicians
• Monitor patient responses, record progress, and adjust therapeutic interventions accordingly
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of respiratory care equipment
• Collaborate with healthcare staff on care plans to ensure optimal respiratory support
• Provide education to patients and families regarding therapy procedures and at-home care, as appropriate
• Ensure proper infection control procedures and maintain accurate documentation
