Schedule/Hours:

  • 8-hour day shifts (specific hours discussed during interview)
  • No on-call requirements

Qualifications:

  • Active credential as an RRT or CRT
  • Current BLS certification
  • Prior inpatient care experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and adaptability in a critical access or rural hospital setting

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver skilled respiratory therapy interventions for inpatients
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members for high-quality care
  • Monitor, assess, and document patient respiratory status and progress
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
