Residential Aide In Need

Sunbelt is currently in search of Residential Aides in the city of Chicago, IL to assist with the intake and supervision of vulnerable populations in the city.

Residential Aide Job Obligations include, but are not limited to:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all resident and guests
• Treat guests in a culturally sensitive manner
• Conduct intermittent walking inspections of facilities to identify and properly deal with hazards, inappropriate behavior, or other significant conditions
• Assist residents/guests to create a safe environment
• Support and supervise volunteers
• Participate in staff meetings
• Perform other duties as needed

Physical Requirements:

• The selected MA must be able to sit, stand, and/or walk for long periods of time.

Minimum Requirements:

• One year of previous experience working with vulnerable populations preferred
• First Aid and BLS certification are a plus
