Position Overview

We are looking for a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive speech and language services to students across Wisconsin. This fully remote position is perfect for an SLP who excels in delivering therapy via digital platforms, and is committed to improving communication outcomes for students with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct detailed assessments to identify students' speech, language, and communication challenges.
  • Individualized Therapy Plans: Develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each student.
  • Therapeutic Intervention: Provide direct speech and language therapy sessions using teletherapy tools, aiming to improve students' communication skills.
  • Collaboration with School Staff: Work closely with teachers, special educators, and other professionals to integrate speech therapy into students' overall educational plans.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly evaluate and report on student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
  • Parent and Guardian Engagement: Engage with parents and guardians to provide updates and strategies for supporting their children's speech and language development at home.


  • Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a closely related field.
  • Certification: Must hold a valid Wisconsin license in Speech-Language Pathology or be eligible for licensure.
  • Experience: At least two years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist, with a preference for candidates who have experience in teletherapy.
  • Skills: Proficiency in the use of teletherapy platforms, excellent diagnostic and clinical skills.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong communication skills, compassionate, patient, and dedicated to enhancing student well-being and educational success.

Work Environment
