Sunbelt is currently seeking a highly qualified and compassionate Virtual Special Education Teacher to join our team, providing specialized education services to K-12 students with diverse needs in the state of Idaho. As a Virtual Special Education Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of students through our virtual learning platform. Job Details:

Position: Virtual Special Education Teacher
Location: Idaho (Virtual/Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time, Contract

Responsibilities:

Provide virtual instruction and support to K-12 students with diverse needs in a digital learning environment.
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
Utilize virtual tools and platforms to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
Collaborate with parents, general education teachers, and related service providers to ensure a cohesive educational experience for students.
Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress, assessments, and IEPs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
Valid Idaho Teaching License with Special Education endorsement.
Previous experience working with K-12 students with diverse needs.
Familiarity with virtual teaching platforms and technologies.
Knowledge of assessments and IEP development.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a virtual/remote setting.
