Job Description

A Registered Nurse (RN) is needed for the opportunity to work with an excellent Home Health agency in Metairie, Louisiana. The Registered Nurse (RN) will be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.

Full Time Contract
5-6 home visits per day

The ideal Registered Nurse (RN) will maintain:

At least 1 year of recent Home Health experience
Admissions / Case Management experience
Current Louisiana State License
Current BLS (AHA)
OASIS – 24-48 hour turnaround
Homecare Homebase experience
Valid Driver’s License and Insurance
