Registered Nurse (RN) Case Management Job Opportunity - Dahlonega

We are looking for an RN for Home Health Case Management in Dahlonega. Details about this Registered Nurse job opportunity are listed below.

Shifts:

• Days
• 8 hour shifts – M-F
• 13-week assignment

Requirements:

• MUST have experience with Oasis & be able to provide 48 hour turn around.
• Active GA RN License or compact
• BLS certified
• Minimum of 2 years' experience is required
• Home Health OR Hospice experience

Must Haves

• Reliable transportation
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Adequately work on an independent level

Other Details:

• Can handle a case load
• On-Call is a possibility
• Must be willing to travel in and around the area
