Job Title: School-based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Hoosick Falls, NY
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in the Hoosick Falls, NY area. As an RBT, you will have the rewarding opportunity to work one-on-one with students, helping them achieve their full potential and fostering their growth.
Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support and applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to students with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Record and maintain accurate data on student progress and behavior.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills as an RBT.

Qualifications:

Must hold a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Passion for making a difference in the lives of students.
