Job Description

RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Near Grandview, MO

Sunbelt is currently hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to assist a local district near Grandview, MO. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work closely with students who have behavioral and developmental needs. You will be responsible for implementing individualized behavior plans, collecting data, and collaborating with the school team to ensure the success of our students.

Job Responsibilities:

Implement behavior plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
Collect data and track progress towards goals.
Collaborate with school team, including teachers and other professionals, to support student success.
Provide 1:1 Care to students with behavioral or special needs.
Communicate with feedback to families and caregivers.

Job Qualifications:

Associate’s degree
Current RBT Certification
Experience working with children with developmental and behavioral needs.
Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred.
