Job Description

Sunbelt is working with a great school near Federal Way to meet their immediate need for a School Psychologist.

Job Description:

Part time, Mondays and Fridays, approximately 16 hours per week
This contract runs through the end of the current school year and continues for the full new school year
Manageable caseload of K-12th grade students with mild to moderate cognitive, developmental, behavioral, and learning disorders and delays
Most needs are at the pre-school and elementary school level
Responsibilities:
- administering psychological evaluations
- participating in IEP and Child Study Team meetings
- providing consult and support services
Requirements:
- active Washington School Psychologist ESA
- we are accepting candidates with pending ESA
- experience working with children with a wide range of special needs
- strong skills in:
  - written and verbal communication
  - time management and organization
  - establishing and maintaining functional working relationships with students, co-workers, and parents
