Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred).
  • Experience working with children in an educational or similar setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Dedication to promoting a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
