- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude towards students with diverse learning needs.
- Ability to follow instructions from teaching staff and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle various responsibilities and tasks within the school environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and educational staff to assist in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Provide 1:1 support to students with special needs, learning disabilities, or behavioral challenges, ensuring their inclusion and success in the classroom.
- Monitor and supervise students during class time, recess, and other school-related activities.
- Assist in maintaining classroom materials and resources, as well as keeping the learning environment organized and conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and provide feedback on student performance and behavior.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in education.
As an employee of Sunbelt, you will be paid weekly and offered benefits if you are working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
