Schedule: Monday - Friday

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to join our team for the upcoming school year in the Unity Liberty, MO area. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a profound impact on the academic, social, and emotional development of our students.


  • Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and instructional activities.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students as directed by teachers or special education staff.
  • Support students with special needs or disabilities in achieving their educational goals.
  • Monitor and supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, and outdoor play.
  • Assist with behavior management and crisis intervention strategies as needed.
  • Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all students.


  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree or higher preferred).
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Must have any relevant licensures required by state or local regulations.
  • Recent TB test results (within the last year).
  • Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational or childcare setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
