Orientation & Mobility Specialist Opening near San Jose, CA

I am currently working with a school district near San Jose, CA on scheduling interviews for a full time Orientation and Mobility Specialist opening they have for the current school year in their schools.

O&M Job Description:

• Provide appropriate, individualized instruction to each student
• Develop lesson plans and schedules that meet the goals of each student
• Teach techniques to train eccentric viewing and utilization of appropriate low vision devices
• Establish open, frequent communications with parents

Active CA O&M licensure is required.
