Job Description

A Homecare RN is needed for the opportunity to work with an excellent Homecare agency in Portland, Oregon. The selected Homecare RN will be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.

Full Time Contract
25-30 productivity units weekly
OASIS documented completed efficiently

The ideal Homecare RN will have:

At least 1 year of recent Home Health/Homecare experience (required)
Admissions / Case Management experience (preferred)
Current Oregon State License (required)
Current BLS (AHA) (or willingness to obtain)
OASIS – 24-48-hour turnaround (required)
Homecare Homebase experience (required)
Valid Driver’s License and Insurance (required)
