Job Description

Position: Certified Surgical Tech

Unit: Operating Room

Location: Dallas, Texas

There is a Level I Trauma facility in Dallas, Texas actively interviewing for an experienced Certified Surgical Tech (CST). This is a 13-week assignment with the possibility of extending. Travelers must have a minimum of two recent years of experience on the unit. Please call or text Cody at 813-219-1087 for further information.

Education and Certification Requirements:

Degree from a Surgical Technology program preferred but not required
BLS
NBSTSA

Required for Interview:

Current Professional Resume
Clinical References
2 recent years of experience on the unit
- Pediatric experience is required

Job Duties

Set up and break down Sterile Field
Perform an accurate instrument count
Anticipate the needs of the surgeon
Communicate needs with O.R team
