Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students? Sunbelt is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our collaborative team near Bloomington, MN!

Job Details:

  • Term: School Year 24/25
  • Population: K to 12th
  • Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hrs/week)
  • Responsibilities:
    • Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' functional abilities.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans to improve clients' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
    • Provide therapy sessions to improve clients' motor coordination and independence in daily tasks.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and families to support clients' goals.
    • Maintain accurate records and progress reports on clients' therapy outcomes.
    • Participate in meetings to review client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
    • Stay updated with advancements and best practices in occupational therapy.
    • Adhere to ethical and professional standards in therapy delivery.

Job Requirements:

  • Valid OT License in Minnesota
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Previous experience in a school environment preferred
