Occupational Therapist (OT) Full-Time Position With Benefits- Oak View, CA Area
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing daily living skills.
  • Educate patients and their families on strategies to improve independence and functionality.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy.
